1. How can I place an order in the UAE?
You can place your order by selecting your desired products, adding them to the cart, and completing checkout with your UAE delivery address. We deliver across all Emirates.

Delivery within the UAE usually takes 2–4 working days. Charges depend on the delivery location and the weight/volume of your order. The exact fee will be displayed at checkout.
3. Do you offer free delivery?
Yes, free standard delivery is available on orders above a certain amount. The threshold is mentioned on the website and may vary depending on promotions.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept secure online payments through major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard) and UAE local bank transfers. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
5. In which currency are prices shown?
All prices on our website are shown in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams) only.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you can request a return or exchange within 7–14 days of purchase. The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with proof of purchase. Return shipping costs will be mentioned in our policy.
