1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product delivered is incorrect.

  • The product is broken or damaged during delivery.

⚠️ Products cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason other than those listed above (e.g., change of mind, dislike of shade, etc.).


2. Proof Requirement

  • You must record a video while opening your parcel for the first time (unboxing video).

  • Complaints without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

4. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Approved refunds will be made to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.


Shipping Policy – Singhaar House

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on location.

  • Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Delivery delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, or public holidays.

  • Shipping charges are clearly shown at checkout.

  • Once dispatched, a tracking number will be shared via SMS or email.

  • In case of a wrong or damaged item, you must register your complaint within 7 days (with an unboxing video).

  • If the delivery address provided is incorrect or incomplete, the parcel may not be delivered — the responsibility lies with the customer.
